For example, if I recommend that you continue rolling out your IT bands at home, I will suppy you with a roller to do so. $90-1 session *all private pilates session approx. 55 minutes **by appointment only all private PDTR sessions 45 minutes Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the appointment time. Missing an appointment, canceling, or rescheduling an appointment within 48 hours will result in a fee assessed.
