The Beginner’s Special is designed for someone that is new to Pilates and needs some basic information before starting classes. This special costs $299 ($390 value) and includes*:

• Posture analysis
• PDTR Therapy evaluation
• Personalized Modifications
• Goals assessment
• 3 – 45 minute private session
